Break inThis morning 549am when I got in my car I seen a gentleman walking past me but he kept looking at me and I seen in the rearview mirror he kept turning around looking at me so I felt kind of odd so I went around the block and I caught him i in a car so I stopped he yelled at me and took off ..of course and called the police. because it was a double I didn’t know which house knock on the door so I left a note.. and locked the passenger door.
Perp description: 5’11 skinny older black male, tan toboggan hat and raggedy tan carhart jacket.
