Our neon-vested friend from two previous posts has returned. Recognized him immediately.
Late 40s/early50s, crew cut, gray hair, slight beard, white, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. Looking through cars with flashlight near Demorest and Wicklow — again.
Cutting through yards, changing directions, looking over his shoulder. Spotting him and followed after calling it in, then left to get the pizza that was waiting. Saw him again on the drive back at 435 Josephine looking the windows of the vacant house with a flashlight, then trying the door before he realized he was being watched and took off behind the house. Called it in again with an updated location.
