Stolen Roto Tiller on the move

Black hoodie bald white guy shoving a stolen roto tiller around in a recycling dumpster with a box on top near Thompsons Pharmacy – came from the S Roys alley. People check your garages please and call cops if you can get eyes on him, I’m not in the area and just sharing the message.

This is from 162 s Roys. It was stolen last week and returned and the owner just put it back in the yard. I’m rehabing the place next door. His garage was also busted into on the ally side. I offered to fix it but he didn’t seem interested. Garage had people in and out of it for the last week. Police were notified last week also.
